Rumors swirl for the next big smartphone release and with the Mobile World Congress just days away, Samsung is reported to be releasing a new Galaxy S7 and a curved Galaxy S7 Edge.
Now Internet rumors and speculation usually mean this is going to happen and Samsung itself won’t confirm what the S7 will look like or what it will do.
Here are some things we do know.
Look for a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display on the 7 potentially and a 5.5 inch screen on the S7 Edge. A 6-inch model that could be a successor the Galaxy S6 edge+ might come at a later time.
The Exynos 8890 chipset or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, will likely be the processor in the phone while RAM is set at 4GB with 32GB or 64GB of onboard storage.
One of the most exciting features has to be the waterproofing on the Galaxy S7 as well as its bigger 3,000 mAh and 3,600 mAh batteries for the S7 and S7 edge.
Stay tuned for more updates and releases on the Mobile World Congress and phone releases.
